AllCare Mental Health Services LLC provides mental health services to residents in 16 counties which include Austin, Waller, Colorado, Fort Bend, Wharton, Matagorda, Harris, Travis, Burnet, Williamson, Lee, Bastrop, Fayette, Caldwell, Guadalupe, Gonzales. Through a variety of services, including independent housing, supervised living, employment services, mental/behavioral health services, we help adults, families, and people with disabilities live more healthy, independent, and productive lives.
Our History
In 2017, After many years of working with the community, the founder saw there was a tremendous need for mental health housing for clients who have no place to call home in Fort Bend County Texas. These circumstances can include family rejection, living in a house below the minimum standard, eviction, job loss, lack of financial resources, lack of social support, lack of community resources, refusal to go into treatment and substance abuse issues.
Homelessness can vary in several ways and for many of our clients, something may have gone wrong in their lives and this perpetual lifestyle presents with uncertainity and loss of hope which exacebate chronic medical conditions. Since we opened our doors till date, we have served more than 50 clients by forming a trusted relationship and offering them a place to live to eventually engage in treatment through an integrated partnership with other service providers. We have supported clients in their various settings and helped clients with Case Management, Advocacy, Psychosocial Rehabilitation and transportation to doctor’s appointments. We have also provided hot meals, complete grocery shopping, medication management, skills training, necessary resources, and coordinate with service providers. The company then expanded its mission to serve individuals with severe mental illness under the HCBS-AMH recovery management entity contract assigned by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission/ Texas Department of State Health Services to provide recovery management services to individuals with severe mental health who meet the eligibility requirements.
